Michael Silverstein, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, introduced Michael Dempsey, appointee; Charlotte Pitt, appointee; and Joseph Prinster Jr., appointee. Mr. Prinster told the committee about his professional background and qualifications. Ms. Pitt told the committee about her professional background and qualifications. Mr. Dempsey told the committee about his professional background and qualifications. Committee questions and discussion followed about current recycling efforts, solid and hazardous waste concerns in rural Colorado, and the rule drafting process.
