Senator Lundberg announced that Senator Kefalas has been temporarily assigned to the committee to fill the absence of Senator Aguilar.
John Vigil and Lanny Proffer, appointees, came to the table. Mr. Vigil told the committee about his experience serving as a member of the Health Facilities Authority and why he wants to continue as a member. Mr. Proffer told the committee about his previous experience and why he wants to serve as a member of the authority. Mr. Vigil and Mr. Proffer responded to questions from the committee.
