Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) introduced the appointees
to the Medical Services Board. The Governor's executive order and appointment
letter is included as Attachment A. Each appointee's resume and application
may be found at the State Archives.

Board and responded to questions.

20-1206 repealed the requirement that a practitioner be licensed, certified,
or registered as a mental health professional to perform auricular acudetox.
This bill makes a conforming amendment consistent with that bill.
