Tamara Pogue, John
Kefalas, and Jennifer MacDonnell, appointees to the State Board Human Services,
came to the table. The appointment letter may be found in Attachment A.
Kyle Zinth, State Board and Boards & Commissions Administrator, introduced
the appointees and described their background and reasons for wanting to
serve on the board. Ms. Pogue, who is being reappointed, commented on the
need for continuity on the board. Mr. Kefalas, who is being reappointed,
commented on their experience serving on the board. Ms. MacDonnell,
who is being reappointed, discussed her reasons for wanting to continue
on the board. Committee members made comments to the appointees.
