The Office of the State Auditor (OSA) is required to evaluate each of the State’s tax expenditures at least once every 5 years. For a complete list of the tax expenditures that the OSA will evaluate during the next 5 years click here. Our evaluations will include an assessment of the effectiveness of expenditures, including their impact on individual, business, and stakeholder needs. We welcome input regarding specific tax expenditures from all interested parties.
