Senator Todd invited the appointee and reappointee to the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education (SBCCOE) to come to the table. Joe Garcia, Chancellor of the Colorado Community College System (CCCS), and Rollie Heath, Vice Chair of the SBCCOE, provided background information about CCCS and SBCCOE. Hanna Skandera and Richard Garcia introduced themselves and spoke about why they would like to be serve on the board. A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.

A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment B. Ms. Dea told the committee about her background and about why she would like to be reappointed to the board.
