- Sections 1 and 2 continue the board for 9 years, from September 1, 2024, until September 1, 2033;

1413 include in the grounds for discipline of licensees a failure to respond to the allegations of a complaint within the length of time specified by the board; - Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 update statutory references to the names of examinations for professional engineers and professional land surveyors;
