Discussion ensued regarding the positions of the witnesses should certain amendments pass. Mr. Karbach responded to questions regarding a section in the bill concerning waiver of privilege. Mr. Lane responded to questions regarding the ability of a court to call a second hearing for a juvenile in the absence of HB 23-1012. Mr. Lane and Mr. Karbach responded to questions regarding what triggers the transition of a juvenile to the adult criminal justice system.
