and Representative Brown, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill
24-1326, concerning continuation under the sunset law of the licensing
of certain games of chance including bingo. The bill continues bingo-raffle
licensing through September 1, 2029, which is scheduled to repeal on September
1, 2024, and moves the regulatory functions of the program to the Department
of Revenue. Representative Brown responded to questions from the committee.
Representative Ricks distributed amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments
B and C).

was available to answer committee questions.  Mike Fitzpatrick, representing
the Colorado Department of State, was available to answer committee questions.
