Chair Baker explained some of the changes made to the full standards document and talked about the revision subgroup that made those changes. Elizabeth Burger, Legislative Council Staff, displayed the changes.

Chair Baker spoked about the report written by the revision subgroup to the legislative oversight committee and the new introduction to the standards.
