Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration
(DPA), presented two FY 2020-21 supplemental requests. Mr. Follenweider
first provided an overview the Capitol Security Upgrades supplemental request.
Committee members received a written description of the request, prepared
by Legislative Coucil Staff (Attachment C).

provided an overview of Capitol Annex Sewer Venting Repair Capital Renewal
project. Mr. Follenweider responded to questions regarding the ability
to include restroom repair in the scope of the project. Mr. Rick Lee, Director
of Capital Assets for DPA, provided input on these questions.

 Motion Approve the supplemental request from the Department of Personnel and Administration to expand the scope of the project to include certain building and infrastructure, safety and security, and tenant improvements, and allowing the department to repurpose savings from the original project scope to cover the cost of the expanded scope ($1,699,360 CCF)
