Senate Bill 24-046, concerning novelty lighters. The bill prohibits the
sale of counterfeit, unsafe, or novelty lighters on a retail or wholesale
basis, online, or in person. It does not prohibit the interstate transportation
or warehouse storage of counterfeit, unsafe, or novelty lighters.
