Representatives Bird and Sandridge, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1034. The bill merges the assets and liabilities of the Statewide Hybrid Plan and Statewide Defined Benefit Plan administered by the Fire and Police Pension Association (FPPA) into a new Statewide Retirement Plan in order to align plan benefits and improve the plan's long-term stability.  A fact sheet about the FPPA was distributed (Attachment B).

The bill exempts feminine hygiene products and diapers from sales and use taxes beginning January 1, 2023. They distributed a fact sheet about the bill (Attachment C) and addressed amendments L.001 (Attachment D) and L.002 (Attachment E).
