Representatives Bradfield and Ortiz, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 23-1084. The bill extends the military retirement benefits deduction for taxpayers under the age of 55 through 2033. The deduction is set to expire in 2023 under current law. Amendment L.001 was distributed to the committee (Attachment A). Representative Ortiz explained the amendment.
