motorcycles to drive around motor vehicles traveling in the same direction
or between rows of motor vehicles, known as "lane splitting".
 The bill proposes that a study be completed by the Department of
Transportation and the State Patrol by December 31, 2023.

the budget of a common interest community.  The bill proposes requiring
a majority of unit owners to be at a meeting for the executive board to
approve a proposed budget and authorizes a majority of unit owners present

prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 23-1123 concerning a requirement that
motor vehicle drivers take certain actions to mitigate the risk that their
vehicles presents to stationary vehicles on the side of the road.  The
bill proposes adding stationary motor vehicles displaying flashing hazard
or warning lights to the list of vehicles where a driver is required to
exercise caution when passing these vehicles on the side of the road.  The
bill also clarifies that the current law applies to public utility services
vehicles.
