Chair Baker explained some of the changes made to the full standards document and talked about the revision subgroup that made those changes. Elizabeth Burger, Legislative Council Staff, displayed the changes.

The commission discussed
the language in the standards around the use of restraints.

Chair Baker spoked about the report written by the revision subgroup to the legislative oversight committee and the new introduction to the standards.

The discussion turned to the changes made to the section of the standards addressing restrictive housing.

Representatives from
each of the subgroups represented on the revisions subgroup summarized
the changes made to the standards.

Chair Baker clarified what today's vote would encompass.
