and Ms. Michelle Colin, representing the Office of the State Auditor (OSA),
presented some additional tax expenditure evaluations for the committee's
review.  OSA indentified five additional expenditures for review.
 Their reports may be found in Attachment A.

Dr. Elizabeth Ramey, Legislative Council Staff, provided an overview presentation of Colorado housing tax expenditures. Her presentation may be found in Attachment B.

She began by discussing the affordable housing tax credit and sales and use exemptions for housing authorities.

Dr. Ramey continued by discussing the manufactured homes sales tax exemption.

ensued on the taxable status of a tiny home.

to discuss CHFA's role and interaction with Colorado tax policy.  CHFA's
