Chair Hamrick called the subcommittee to order. She began by discussing the recent loss of Subcommittee Member Dan Daly.

Ms. Erin Reynolds,
Legislative Council Staff, came to the table to discuss the background
and overview of the independent review process.  The draft RFP may
be found in Attachment A.

Committee discussion ensued with Ms. Reynolds regarding costs, references, and other issues.

The committee determined to issue the RFP without objection.

for picking vendor.  Staff distributed a score sheet to committee
