Senator Roberts, co-prime sponsor, presented House Joint Resolution 23-1007 to the committee. The resolution approves the water project revolving fund eligibility lists administered by the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority. Senator Simpson, co-prime sponsor, spoke about the importance of the resolution.

Sunset Hearing for the Food Systems Advisory Council - Introduce the draft bill as amended

Josh Schultz, Office of Legislative Legal Services, introduced the sunset process and explained how the General Assembly considers sunset reviews.

representing Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Colorado Office
of Policy, Research & Regulatory Reform (COPRRR), presented the sunset
review to the committee. She explained DORA's sunset review process, and
the distinction between Title 2 and Title 24 sunset reviews. She continued
to discuss DORA's review of the Food Systems Advisory Council. Ms. Lockwood
responded to questions from the committee.
