and Will introduced Senate Bill 23-069. The bill prohibits any individual
under the age of 14 to operate a motorboat and requires anyone born after
January 1, 1984, to take a boating safety course and possess a boating
safety certificate issued by the course provider. The sponsor answered
several committee questions.

the bill.  Mr. Steven Bristow, representing Kalkomey Enterprises,
