Executive Director Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
(CDPHE) introduced herself and several other presensters: Anya Nystrom,
CDPHE Director of Culture, Strategy, Equity, and Innovation; Erick Scheminske,
CDPHE Director of Business Operations; Dr. Eric France, CDPHE Chief Medical
Officer; Shaun McGrath, CDPHE Director of Environmental Health and Protection
Services; and Michael Ogletree, CDPHE Director of Air Pollution Control
Division.

CDPHE Energy SMART Act presentation by discussing the CDHPE organizational
chart.

of Culture, Strategy, Equity, and Innovation discussed CDPHE's Performance
Management, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programs.

by giving an overview of the CDPHE Office of Health Equity, Environmental
Justice Unit, CDPHE FY 21-22 Wildly Important Goals, COVID-19 trajectory,
COVID-19 vaccination goals, and CDPHE Startegies to Reduce Transmission
and Protect Hospital Capacity.

of Environmental Health and Protection Services, gave an overview of CDPHE
greenhouse gas emissions goals, CDPHE  strategies to reduce greenhouse
gas, goals to reduce ground-level ozone to meet federal standards, and
CDPHE strategies to reduce ozone precursor emissions.

Operating Officer of Air Pollution Control Division, answered questions
from the committee.
