and Ajay Menon, appointees to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, came
to the table. Their applications and resumes are available in the State
Archives. Aubrey Elenis, Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, described
the Commission and provided information about each appointees' background
and experience. Mr. Menon and Ms. Peniston explained their backgrounds
and interest in serving on the Commission.

voters with disabilities to return their ballots electronically. Currently,
a voter with a disability who uses an electronic voting device must print
the paper record and mail it to the applicable election official.

a process for county redistricting and encourages the creation of independent
county redistricting commissions. The bill is applicable only in counties
where commissioners are elected by just a portion of the county.

The bill updates the powers and duties of the Suicide Prevention Commission
and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to include
a comprehensive suicide prevention approach that includes prevention, intervention,
and postvention. The bill also requires updates to resources and grants
provided by the CDPHE.
