Senate Bill 19-219 to the committee.  Under current law, the Colorado
Licensing of Controlled Substances Act in the Department of Human Services
(DHS) is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2019.  This bill extends
the repeal date to September 1, 2026, and implements several recommendations
from the sunset report.  The bill sponsor responded to committee questions.
