I move that the committee recommend this range of corrective actions: removal from all committee assignments except for one, per House Rule 25 (b); that the one committee not be one that includes a complainant; removal of all aide hours; that physical office and floor seating not be in close proximity to any of the complainants; that the respondent takes workplace harassment training; to the extent practicable, that the respondent not be in close proximity to any of the complainants; that the respondent provides a formal, written apology to be published in the journal; and that the respondent be informed that persistent behavior or behavior deemed to be considered retaliatory may result in more severe sanctions including an expulsion resolution; further, that these recommendations be implemented in whole and that the duration last as long as the complainants are employees at the state Capitol; finally, that the committee recommends that a formal censure vote be taken by the House of Representatives to condemn the harassing behavior that fails to uphold the honor and dignity of the Colorado House of Representatives.
