	11:15:55 AM	The commission discussed the next meeting dates and decided on Tuesday, July 28, Wednesday, August 5, Tuesday, August 18, and Thursday, September 17. Ms. Gathercole led a discussion around what a successful commission looks like, and demonstrated a tool she developed to create a consensus on recommendations. She also discussed what is within the commission's scope of work, what's out of the scope of work, and what is on the border. Members discussed adding a section on stabilizing the safety net, and the different options for long term support. Commission members asked that the next meeting cover particular topics related to H.R.1, related to Medicaid member forecasting, funds made available, and changes to provider rates.
