Representative Jackson called the conference committee meeting to order and discussed the differences in the House and Senate versions of House Bill 19-1170.  Conference committee report CLHB1170.001 was distributed (Attachment A).  Richard Sweetman, Office of Legislative Legal Services, described the report.  Mr. Sweetman responded to committee questions.
