Principal Economist, Legislative Council Staff, presented the fiscal information
in the 2026 ballot information booklet for Initiative 195, Graduated Income
Tax. She presented a memorandum on the fiscal information, which can be
found as Attachment A. |

questions from the committee. Greg Sobetski, Chief Economist, Legislative
Council Staff, came to the table to answer questions about General Fund
revenue that is not subject to the TABOR limit. |
