Senators Holbert and Williams introduced Senate Bill 20-086, concerning alcohol beverage license and permit expiration.  The bill allows the Liquor Encorcement Division (LED), within the Department of Revenue, to set a renewal fee for liquor licenses and permits.  It also allows LED to notify licensees of expiration dates through means established by the division.  They provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A).
