Statutory Reports

Pursuant to Section 24-1-136 (9), C.R.S., Colorado state departments and agencies submit all reports required by statute to the Legislative Council Staff.  The Legislative Council Staff delivers these reports to the appropriate legislative recipients and makes them available on this site.  The Colorado Legislative Council is the nonpartisan research staff for the Colorado General Assembly.

RFP to Conduct a Study to Determine Differential Costs of Living in Colorado’s 178 Public School Districts.

All proposals to conduct the study must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2025, to:

Each proposal must contain a cover sheet signed by the respondent. Respondents mailing proposals must allow sufficient time to ensure delivery within the submittal deadline. Late or faxed responses will not be accepted. Respondents are requested to submit proposals electronically to lcs.director@coleg.gov, as well as to send four copies of their proposals clearly marked with the respondent’s name and the words “COST OF LIVING STUDY.” Technical questions related to this RFP may be directed to Marc Carey at 303-866-4102 or Anna Gerstle at 303-866-4375.

The effective date for bills enacted without a safety clause is August 6, 2025, if the General Assembly adjourns sine die on May 7, 2025 (unless otherwise specified). Details
