SB24-178 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole

10:53:38 AM
Representative Story and Representative Lindsay, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 24-178, concerning the repeal of a duplicative requirement to maintain an inventory of nondeveloped state-owned real property. Under current law, each state agency and each state institution of higher education must annually submit a list of all nondeveloped real property to the Capital Development Committee. Similar information is captured in an inventory of unused state-owned property maintained by the Office of the State Architect.

Representative McLachlan
and Representative Epps, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill
24-176, concerning updating the terminology that refers to an individual
who is enrolled in the State Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid). Current
