Jonah Wisch, Program Director, National Cybersecurity Center, introduced the panel to the committee and presented on the Colorado Civilian Cyber Reserve program.

Jesse Dubin, IT Director, City of Wheat Ridge, presented to the committee on the city's experience with a cyber attack in 2022 and how a cyber reserve program might have been beneficial to the city.

JR Noble, Senior Systems and Security Analyst, South Metro Fire and Rescue, presented to the committee regarding the district's difficulty with cyber response capabilities.
