Sunset Bill Towing Task Force

Concerning the continuation of the towing task force, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendations contained in the 2024 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.

The sunset law requires that new advisory committees and task forces be repealed and undergo a review before the repeal. The act changes the towing task force's scheduled repeal from September 1, 2025, to September 1, 2035.
