Sens. Winter and Simpson introduced Senate Bill 22-208. The bill specifies how just compensation is to be determined if a property encumbered by a conservation easement is condemned. The sponsors answered committee questions.

Mr. Terry Fankhauser, representing the Colorado Cattlemen's Association and the Colorado Farm Bureau, testified in support of the bill.
