Senator Ball and Senator Simpson, co-prime sponsors, introduced and explained Senate Bill 25-182 Embodied Carbon Reduction. The bill adds embodied carbon improvements to the Industrial Clean Energy Tax Credit and the list of energy improvements eligible for funding by the Colorado New Energy Improvement District. Senator Ball described Amendment L.003 (Attachment A).
