sponsor, introduced and explained House Bill 25-1175 Smart Meter Opt In
Program. The bill prohibits large utilities from installing residential
smart meters unless a customer opts-in, and makes other adjustments to
smart meter requirements.

amendment L.001 (Attachment B).
