Berrick Abramson,
President of Confluence Policy & Strategy Group, introduced himself
and discussed Senate Bill 25-161, how the RTD Accountability Committee
is composed, and the committee's topics of study (governance, paratransit,
and workforce retention and labor-related topics). He then went over the
planned arc of conversations and the work plan leading up to the January
30th 2026 due date for the final report to the legislature. He went over
the team supporting the committee and elements of community engagement.
