Representatives Hooton
and Rich presented House Bill 21-1126 to the committee. House Bill
14-1387 inadvertently removed the authority of the Office of the State
Architect in the Department of Personnel and Administration to negotiate
and execute leases for privately-owned property, including land and buildings,
on behalf of the state. This bill restores that authority.
