and Valdez, prime bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 25-1007 to the committee.
The bill sponsors described amendment L.005 to the committee, which can
be found as Attachment E. The amendment removes the original bill language
as drafted and instead requires transit agencies, in coordination with
public entities providing emergency services, to establish a plan to communicate
information and provide paratransit services during an emergency.
The amendment
was accompanied by a memorandum regarding the effect on the bill's fiscal
impact which can be found as Attachment F.
