Representatives Bird and Rich, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1028 concerning the creation of an affordable housing report by the Division of Housing, Department of Local Affairs.  The bill specifies that the report, due October 1 each year starting in 2021, will provide the total amount received by federal, state, public, or private funds, as well as the amount spent on the provision of affordable housing loans or grants.
