Representatives Amabile
and Baisley, co-prime sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-155, concerning
the appointment of a resident from a limited gaming locality to the Limited
Gaming Control Commission. The bill requires at least one member
of the five-member commission be a registered elector of Gilpin or Teller
County. Representative Amabile provided information about Amendment
L.003 (Attachment A). A packet of information was provided to committee
members (Attachment B).
