Senator Daugherty,
primary bill sponsor, presented House Bill 25-1027, which amends several
disease control statutes governing the functions of the Colorado Department
of Public Health and Environment specific to emergency preparedness, school
immunization, agency reporting, and Hepatitis C testing.
