Representatives Van Winkle and Bird, co-prime sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-130 concerning authorization for local governments to exempt business personal property from taxation.  The bill allows counties, muncipalities, and special districts to exempt up to 100 percent of business personal property tax from levy and collection for 2021.
