Representative Exum, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 21-1278 concerning meeting requirements for the boards of special districts.  The bill outlines what a meeting is, as well as locations for meetings.  Meetings held virtually before the effective date of the bill may not be challenged as not meeting the definition of a meeting according to the bill.  The bill sponsor talked about the Amendment L.001 (Attachment A).
