The committee came back to order.  Representatives Cutter and Holtorf, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 21-234 to the committee.The bill creates the Agriculture and Drought Resiliency Fund in the Department of Agriculture and transfers $3.0 million from the General Fund to the new fund.   The bill sponsors responded to questions from the committee.  

Les Owen, representing Colorado Department of Agriculture, testified in support of the bill. Dan Waldvogle, representing Rocky Mountain Farmers Union, testified in support of the bill.
