Representative Weinberg
and Representative Pascal, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill
25-1308, concerning extending the deadline for the Governor's Office of
Information Technology's (OIT) first annual report on the statewide longitudinal
data system (SLDS). House Bill 24-1364 created the SLDS in OIT and required
the office to annually report on education and workforce outcomes from
the data system beginning April 15, 2026. The bill moves the deadline of
the first report to September 15, 2026. Representative Pascal and Representative
Weinberg responded to committee questions. |
