Representatives Woodrow and Gonzales-Gutierrez, co-prime sponsors introduced House Bill 21-1329 concerning the use of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 federal funds to invest in housing to assist persons disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency facing housing insecurity.  The bill creates the Affordable Housing and Home Ownership Cash Fund.
