Senators Coram and Donovan, co-prime sponsors, explained HB20B-1001 concerning support for expanding broadband access for preschool through twelfth grade education, and, in connection therewith, creating the connecting Colorado students grant program and making an appropriation.  

The senators discussed the importance of robust internet connections, especially for multi-user households.  They further discussed the internet demands of online school.
