Senator Roberts presented House Bill 25-1113, which expands the current prohibition on nonfunctional turf to include residential property used for apartment or condominium housing.

Mr. David Schlup, representing Rocky Mountain Sod Growers, testified in opposition to the bill. Craig Giesbrecht, representing Green Belt Turf Farm, testified in opposition to the bill.
