25-1305, concerning the extension of the repeal date of the reporting section
of the "Colorado Child Abuse Prevention Trust Fund Act." Senate
Bill 24-135 extended the deadline for the Department of Early Childhood
to report on the Colorado Child Abuse Prevention Trust Fund Act to November
1, 2029. The bill extends the repeal date of the reporting section in act
from July 1, 2027, to July 1, 2030, to align with the updated report deadline.
