Representatives Hamrick and Lieder, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 25-1245. They provided two handouts (Attachment B and C). The bill requires that public schools and districts satisfy certain requirements concerning installation, inspection, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems when using federal and state funding. |
